History

Sharedband Limited is a UK corporation which is headquartered in Ipswich, Suffolk, England. The company was founded in 2003 and is privately-held. It launched its service in March 2007. On September 3, 2007 Sharedband entered into its first large reseller agreement with British Telecom to offer its software and services to ISPs in the UK.

In June 2007 Sharedband formed Sharedband Technologies, LLC and opened its US Head Office in Seattle, Washington.A nationwide US service was launched March 2009, with a UK managed service in April 2009.
